Unfiltered and only made from apples - enjoy our apples as juice. We press apple juice from four different cultivars:

  • Jonagold
  • Braeburn
  • Pink Lady
  • Granny Smith

Mixed juices:

  • Apple and carrot
  • Apple and elder (unfortunately already finished)
  • Apple with cinnamon... offered shortly before Christmas
  • at the planning stage: Apple and beetroot

We use slightly more than 2 kg of apples for 1l apple juice.

Awarded:
In 2009 our Braeburn apple juice was elected " Best Apple Juice in Burgenland" at the province award for "Juices etc" and got the title "Landessieger 2009"
In 2010 we won a gold medal with our Jonagold apple juice and silver with our Granny with and Braeburn juice.

"Unfiltered apple juice is advantageous for your health: You should prefer the unfiltered to the clear version in future. Why? A higher content of polyphenol can better protect against cancer and heart disease."
