Early Gold is our summer apple. They are the first apples ripe in Austria and best eaten fresh.

 

Flavour: refreshingly sour, very juicy

Colour: yellow green, bright flesh

Shape: medium, round

Ripening: end of July

Uses: excellent as fresh fruit eating

Storage stability: up to 3 weeks
