It is very difficult to cultivate them in Austria as they need a very long growing period.
Flavour: crisp, juicy, and tart
Colour: grass-green skin with occasional pink blush, firm hardy white flesh
Shape: medium to large, round
Ripening: end of October
Uses: excellent for snacking and salads, cooking and baking pies; it doesn’t get mushy when baked
Storage stability: excellent
